Good Evening Glassies.....
Well I got to see my Dr. Today, I am now off all High Blood Pressure medication!!!
I have been taking it for 30+ years, he said it's because I quit smoking,eat healthy food, quit Coffee,and lost weight, and I walk every day!
I am shocked !
But it's all good.....Gail,
