Good morning glassies! Raining pups and kittens here in ky ths morning,as with most of night.dreary,dreary.No sun today! Have a question for any anchor hocking folks.Found,a few days ago,where i had hidden it years ago,a anchor hocking, I think,a golden shell platter.This one is roughly 15 by 11 give or take.It has scalloped rim with rold trim.The old Gene Florence book gives reference to only a 9 1/2 by 13.Now,I did searches online and that size was all I found,but the thing that got me was that on all I looked at the bottom has "OVEN fireking WARE-oven proof and a number and USA. Mine does not have fireking on it at all.It has "oven proof,what looks like #19,anchor hocking,and another # again looks like 1890,made in usa and it has the anchor symbol in a square.Just curious about this.Don't plan on listing it. GAIL, thanks for the coffee,but where's MIM with all the goodies?
