carl..maybe they haven't "yet" done the things that will directly affect youor others,BUT they are holding MY MONEY for the next two weeks.Maybe you wouldn't understand the concept,but i need what's mine.I did read the article and yes I'm upset at the prospect of the whole thing.I'm not trying to start anyhthing;just stating my opinion.I know,Carl that you're a smart man,and I always give creedence to your thoughts and opinions.I'm sorry if i affended anyone,but if no one speaks up,I guess it's just saying "we don't care" to the powers that be.
