Glass Chatroom Board

Yesterday and today are much cooler. It's so good to get some relief from that heat. It's suppose to only reach 32Celsius/90 F today.
It's Xmas Eve down here and I am doing all the last minute things required for my contribution to tonight's dinner and tomorrow's lunch. Tonight it's going to be different to previous years. We will be having Nepalese Buff MoMos and chicken MoMos and also Pani Puri. S.I.L will provide fresh seafood and this will all be washed down with a glass or two of champagne while we enjoy the lovely view and sunset in my daughter's backyard. I have chooks(chicken) and lamb for Xmas lunch ,they will be cooked outside on the BBQ.Way too hot to be having the oven inside going. I am also experimenting with a non traditional Quinoa stuffing.I did a taste test and it tastes good.If it was just for me I would make it spicier but I think I have the balance right to please everyone.Fingers crossed it's a success.
