Happy New Year Glassies! 2021 surely will be better than 2020 was.
Carma - Sorry to hear about your well issues. This house is on a well & I'm afraid to say it hasn't had issues in a number of years. I'd like to dodge that bullet for a while longer. Glad you were able to find someone willing & able to do the work. Bear swears you can stand on a street corner with cash in hand & still have trouble finding someone to do a chore or a repair for you.
