Good Morning, we are still enjoying some nice moderate summer temps. But it is predicted the weekend is going to be a scorcher.
I'll be spending my day again with the grandkids. I'll be babysitting them most days during the school holidays. Today may be a day by the pool

Shelly @shellyrae37 Stay warm . I am not the best photographer but yes I will take some pics of my trip. Hopefully others on the trek with me will be better photographers and I can borrow their pics LOL This trek is going to be amazing but one that you have to be fit before hand. Not one that you do to get fit. So it is keeping me very motivated to continue with my training sessions.
