Good Morning everyone, sunny here and its going to be a hot one for our first day of 2018
I had a great time last night celebrating seeing the old year out and the new year in. Now lets see what 2018 will bring us. Lots of love, laughs and adventures I hope. Please no sadness. I've had more then my share during 2017.Carl @carma I did have a little goggle reading your post about DW's car battery LOL
Shelly @shellyrae37 Yes a lot of stairs and a lot of uphill trekking and high altitudes .I hope I am ready for that. I have been training anywhere from 7- 9 sessions a week to keep fit.( I've been training for just over 4 years). Two of those sessions in the last 12 months have been Stair sessions where my trainer has me running , lunging, jumping and what ever else she can think of, up and down the stairs and across the railway bridge.down the stairs to the train platform and back up etc. I managed the 365 stairs up to Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) all right each morning when I was in Kathmandu in September. Hopefully and fingers crossed, I can remain fit till the trek LOL.
