Hi all, Just stopped in to say hello.
Postal problems are frustrating as anything. I have to say we have had very few over the years BUT when we do it's a major pain to figure out. The last time it happened was when they were updating the website a couple of years ago. We bought something that arrived in multiple pieces. We were told that we had to file the claim online which we did. Because of a programming error the computer rejected it. I will spare you the whole long boring tale of phone calls and letters to HQ. The end of my sad story is that by the time it was all figured out I got a letter saying "sorry" the time you had to file has run out. At that point I decided my mental health was worth more than the insurance compensation and just put it down to experience.
Hope your problem has a speedy and satisfactory ending.
