I reported the login problem to my hosting provider and they are currently running a process that they say will take a half hour. It shouldn't impact the board while it's running, but it is a first step toward solving this problem. If anyone has problems logging in more than an hour after this post, please let me know so that I can contact my provider and let them know that their fix did not work.
