Gail ~hugs~ I'd never kick anyone, especially you! Oddly enough, between posting here and checking ebay, the buyer did write me back. In response to my simple inquiry as to why he didn't contact us if he had a problem, he wrote, "Because i can`t understand, why you lie in item description? you prefer to sell bad items and then try to make it right?" and I simply wrote him back and pointed out to him that our return policy was simple: If we are wrong, we issue a full refund, including return shipping or if the item was damaged, we'd file a claim (yes, we insure EVERYTHING) and he'd still get a full refund. We DON'T offer 'partial cash back' as either it's right or it isn't, so that sorta negates his claim, doesn't it? 🙂 The universe is testing me...and so I'm not going upstream with this...instead I'm focusing on all the happy customers we have instead and being the best seller I can. That's feels like a much better thought, yeah? But it sure is interesting to note that in just a short span of time here on the chat boards we got the perspective of both the buyer and the seller in this regard.
