Oh, heavens...speaking of negative feedback, we just got one. ~sigh~ Not even a squeak of a word from the buyer that there was even an issue after he had it a whole month. I've contacted him and asked why he didn't let us know there was a problem. Outside of that, there's no recourse and done is done. So what's a seller to do? Bend over...again...
