    @goodwinantiques : Hi, Leah. No, I've not seen any American wholesale catalogs with imported Carnival Glass in them. Many Butler Bros. Catalogs have imported glass, but I've not seen imported Carnival in them. You'll find a good deal of information on foriegn made Carnival, including factory catalog reprints from firms in Europe, India, South America etc. on Glen Thistlewood's website. She has done extensive research on non-American Carnival Glass. Go Here:

    Gail: Carnival is best photographed outside on a cloudy day, when lighing is flat. Direct sunlight is not good. Use a neutral gray or pale blue background for dark, vivid colors like Marigold, Amethyst, Green etc. Use a dark background like black or dark blue for pastels like White, Ice Blue, Ice Green etc.
