@collectibles4utwo Chris, your decanter is the Moon & Star pattern. Maker is harder to say. L.G. Wright had the decanter made for them to sell; after they closed, Fenton got the mold and has sold the decanter set in carnival glass. However, another version of the decanter is said to have been made in Italy, possibly sold by L.E. Smith (the other contemporary maker of moon & star). From the photos in the Moon & Star book, I think your decanter looks more like the Italian version. However, if you're selling it on eBay, just show the photos and let the buyers decide (show the stopper by itself, that seems to be one of the areas that's different between the two versions).
