Lainey @favoritegram I wish you all the best for your new business and that estate sale sounds wonderful. Shame I don't live closer.
Basically our trifles down here are first the sponge soaked with Sherry, then we do a layers of jelly and cream & then topped with crushed nuts. It is the sherry that makes it (Having a giggle here remembering the first time I made it, many years ago 😆 we all got drunk on my trifle. I used almost a bottle of sherry 😆 I had no idea how much you were suppose to use . But lets say it was a big hit that Xmas day many years ago
