Posted this on the other board but thought I'd give it a try over here at our new place of residence.
I have a pink depression, handled plate that I cannot identify the pattern. I have looked throught several books to no avail. The plate has gold paint highlighting the pattern. I am wondering if a novice tried to gold leaf it or if you believe it was made this way. Much of the gold is missing and it easily comes off. Any identification of maker & pattern & if I should remove the gold would be greatly appreciated. I hope this link works, I haven't posted for a very long time. Thanks in advance!
