I still maintain that they don't have the right to do that. Can't wait until they are sued. Wasn't facebook sued because they used people's pictures as a banner on their site?

As far as ebay's future, I am not sure they have any interest in the small seller. I think they are going in the opposite direction of ebay's early days.

There have been changes on multiple levels simultaneously. Some we have no control over. Ebay did make it easier for people to use and now every knucklehead out there sees opportunity here.

I also see ebay setting up the site for research by buyers and sellers alike. There are no surprises left. I barely see books about collectibles in the bookstores now. Everybody searches the pictures on ebay for identifications. The copy cats are right on top of a new listing, flooding the marketplace.
